Would breaker the magicial warrior still gain his counter? YUGIOH?

it is a tricky question but you can call priority on breakers effect and you can still put your counter into citidal so problem solved you have priority on the monster effect which is still faster than a trap card, if he was discard breaker from your hand before you summoned him then his theory would be correct but other than that there is no way to stop him from getting his counter. hope i helped if you have any other question email me at antwonfisher23@yahoo.com
