Wedding buffet menu, less than $6 a head?

Maybe you could just serve hors d'oeuvres and desserts. That could be done on a very small budget and it could be made kind of high class. Feeding people with a budget of $6 is going to be near impossible especially if you have to include plates, cups, cutlery, and drinks in that.
