Which should I buy, VM Fusionware 3 or Parallels Desktop 6?

I just want to run Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, and a software program that only works with PCs. I won't be using 3D Games or anything graphic heavy. Which program should I buy and how long does it last before I have to upgrade?
