My cat won't stop peeing around the house?

sounds like Shayla does not want to share a litterbox with this new cat. Get another litterbox and put it upstairs where she stays and thoroughly clean the areas she has gone to the bathroom with Dumb cat spray or nature's miracle or something like that. good luck!
