Infinite 3 dimensional Parallel Universes?

I was recently thinking on this little theory of mine.... Just as an infinite number of 1 dimensional lines create a 2D plane.. and in turn an infinite number of 2D planes make a 3 Dimensional space, IS IT POSSIBLE that and infinite number of parallel 3 Dimesional blocks of space create a higher dimension, the fifth one (since fourth one is temporal). That would mean that there are infinite 3D parallel universes?
