Any advice on what to do, I am really upset and crying?

Yesterday a girl who I have been best friends with for a long time said that I have been acting different. And she said it was because I have been hanging out with people older than me. I said it was because they can relate to what is going on (lots of stuff at home & school) and she said "so you would rather hang out with them ne day?" and I said "i never said that." And the whole conversation itself was longer, but I won't waste your time putting it on here. I called her a little bit ago and she didn't answer and sent me a text that said "Pretty sure you can call shelby daphney or jordan." (the older girls I hang out with most.) I don't know what to do. I told her I still want to be friends and I don't like them more than I like her and I wanted her to talk to me, but she didn't answer. Its kind of late where I live and I have a major headache, and I was crying and I figured she would still be up, so I called and she "ended" the call right away before she answered. Any advice, on both what to do and how to get rid of my headache? :/ We were in a fight for a long time before so I became friends with other people and then when she wasn't mad anymore I just kind of dropped my old friends for her so now a lot of them think I am a *****. Egh. I don't know what to do ):
